The FO Outlook Archives hosts several FO Outlook issues about the Wind Tunnel Operations Division. The last issue that was published was in May of 2003.

The May 2003 issue contains: • Mars Parachute Test in the 80-by-120-Foot Wind Tunnel Code FO is playing an important role in the latest mission to Mars. A recent test helped NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory select a parachute design for the two Mars Exploration Rover spacecraft. • FO Connection to Hybrid Rocket Fuel Project One of Code FO’s engineers is involved in research that could make space travel cheaper and safer. The research, a joint Ames-Stanford University project, studies the potential of paraffin-based hybrid rocket fuel.
